Giving Tuesday and Our Hearts in Action Goal As we approach Giving Tuesday I want to take a moment to share the heart behind our work at LMCimpact Inc. and why this day of generosity means so much to us and to the families we serve. Our mission has always been centered on compassion, support, and community strength. We show up for people in their greatest moments of need and we remain committed to making sure that no family walks through hardship alone.

This year our goal is to raise $10,000 for our Hearts in Action program. Hearts in Action represents everything we stand for as an organization. It allows us to respond immediately when families face emergencies. It helps us provide food, clothing, temporary essentials, youth support, and resources for parents who are doing their very best in difficult circumstances. It keeps our outreach teams equipped and ready to help families who may have nowhere else to turn. We have witnessed firsthand how powerful community giving can be. When a family loses their home. When a young person needs guidance and stability. When a parent needs essentials for their children. When a crisis hits suddenly and unexpectedly. Hearts in Action gives us the ability to step in right away and offer real help at the exact moment it is needed. Your generosity on Giving Tuesday fuels this work.

Every contribution helps us continue supplying emergency items. Every gift helps us serve more families. Every act of giving strengthens our programs and allows us to create opportunities for children and youth who deserve to feel supported and seen. Our work does not happen without partners like you. In life, we all have dreams, goals, and passions that fill our hearts with excitement and purpose. Whether it’s the desire to start a business, pursue a creative endeavor, or walk in the calling God has placed on your life, there comes a point when you must decide: will you stay on the sidelines, or will you step out in faith?

Too often, we hesitate. We second guess ourselves. We let doubt creep in and tell us, “What if I fail? What if I’m not good enough?” But the truth is, that passion within you exists for a reason. It's not a coincidence that you feel drawn to something greater than where you are now. It’s a calling that deserves to be followed.

Stop Second-Guessing Yourself
The more you second-guess yourself, the more opportunities you miss. You have everything you need inside you to succeed—yes, there will be challenges, and the road may not always be easy, but that’s where growth happens. The only way to truly know what you are capable of is by taking the first step.

Faith is believing in what you can’t yet see. It’s trusting that the vision placed in your heart was given to you for a purpose. The thing about passion is that it doesn’t go away. It continues to knock at the door of your heart, waiting for you to open up and say, “Yes, I’m ready.”

Step Out on Faith

The Bible tells us that “faith without works is dead.” That means action is required. You must move even when you don’t have all the answers, trusting that God will guide your steps along the way.

Think about it: every success story starts with someone who decided to go for it, despite their doubts and fears. The only difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is that the successful ones didn’t give up.

You Have What It Takes
Believe that you are equipped. Believe that you are capable. That passion within you is not just a fleeting thought; it’s a part of your divine purpose. God has already prepared the way for you—you just need to walk in it.

Don’t wait for everything to be perfect, because perfection doesn’t exist. What exists is this moment, and what you do with it can change your life and the lives of others.

When you take that step, you’re not just walking into the unknown; you’re walking into the future that God has planned for you. Yes, there will be obstacles, but remember, “All things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28).

So, trust the process. Embrace the journey. And above all, never let fear hold you back from living the life you were meant to live. Passion and purpose go hand in hand, and when you align them with faith, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
