Last week, LMCimpact was quietly at work. No announcements. No cameras. No expectations.

We had the honor of supporting two families during moments when they truly needed it most. One of those families included a 73 year young woman who was not only celebrating the gift of life, but was also feeling unwell. In that moment, what mattered most was care, dignity, and compassion.

Because of the generosity of our supporters, we were able to provide meals to both families and bring a sense of relief, comfort, and encouragement. Sometimes the smallest acts make the biggest difference, especially when someone is not expecting help at all.

This is what LMCimpact is truly about.
It is about showing up quietly.
It is about meeting needs without conditions.
It is about serving people with love, respect, and humanity.

Not every act of service is meant for public display. Some of the most meaningful work happens behind the scenes, in living rooms, kitchens, and moments of vulnerability where hope is restored simply by knowing someone cares.

Celebrating Academic Commitment Through Our Student Achievement Reward Program

At LMCimpact Inc., we believe that academic effort deserves to be recognized, encouraged, and celebrated. Our mission has always centered on supporting the whole child, academically, emotionally, and socially. Education is a powerful foundation for future success, and even small incentives can make a meaningful difference in a student’s motivation and confidence.
With that belief at the forefront, we are proud to introduce our Student Achievement Reward Program, a limited time initiative designed to recognize students who are actively working toward academic success.

Through a generous community donation, LMCimpact Inc. has received Kids Meal certificates that we are using as rewards for students who demonstrate academic responsibility. Students who present a current progress report or report card showing an average of 75 or higher are eligible to receive one certificate.
This program is available to the first 40 students who submit proof of their academic standing. Each certificate provides a free Kids Meal with the purchase of an adult entrée. While this may seem like a small reward, it represents something much bigger, recognition of effort, consistency, and perseverance.

Program Details and Important Dates• Students must show a current progress report or report card with a 75 average or higher
• Limit one certificate per student
• Proof must be submitted by February 1
• Certificates expire February 13, 2026
• Certificates are available while supplies last

To participate, families may submit a clear photo or copy of the student’s progress report or report card by email to [email protected].

Creative Impact in Niagara Falls

Friday, December 19, 2026 was a truly special day for LMCimpact Inc. and for our Creative Impact Community Arts and Culture Empowerment Program. We had the joy of serving the youth of Niagara Falls at Covenant of Grace Ministries during their Pancaking with Pastor event. What unfolded was more than an art class. It was a moment of connection, creativity, and community that reminded us of the power of coming together across cities and neighborhoods.

Our snow globe creation workshop filled the room with excitement. To watch the children light up as they built their own winter worlds piece by piece was a beautiful sight. Their laughter, curiosity, and pride warmed the entire atmosphere. Every globe held a story. Every child found a moment to express themselves. These are the experiences that stay with young people for a lifetime. They remind them that their creativity matters and that their voices matter.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Pastor Bertha and the entire Covenant of Grace staff for inviting our team into their space with such genuine hospitality. Their commitment to uplifting youth and families aligns perfectly with the heart of LMCimpact. It is always an honor to collaborate with leaders who believe in building stronger communities through love, service, and opportunity.

Niagara Falls welcomed us with open arms and we are excited to return in January and February of 2026 for more Creative Impact sessions. Expanding our reach beyond Buffalo allows us to touch even more young lives, and today was a beautiful reminder of why this work is important. Creativity breaks barriers. Art brings healing. Community brings hope.

Giving Tuesday and Our Hearts in Action Goal As we approach Giving Tuesday I want to take a moment to share the heart behind our work at LMCimpact Inc. and why this day of generosity means so much to us and to the families we serve. Our mission has always been centered on compassion, support, and community strength. We show up for people in their greatest moments of need and we remain committed to making sure that no family walks through hardship alone.

This year our goal is to raise $10,000 for our Hearts in Action program. Hearts in Action represents everything we stand for as an organization. It allows us to respond immediately when families face emergencies. It helps us provide food, clothing, temporary essentials, youth support, and resources for parents who are doing their very best in difficult circumstances. It keeps our outreach teams equipped and ready to help families who may have nowhere else to turn. We have witnessed firsthand how powerful community giving can be. When a family loses their home. When a young person needs guidance and stability. When a parent needs essentials for their children. When a crisis hits suddenly and unexpectedly. Hearts in Action gives us the ability to step in right away and offer real help at the exact moment it is needed. Your generosity on Giving Tuesday fuels this work.

We Are Thrilled to Announce Our New Grant Award

LMCimpact’s Creative Impact:
Community Arts and Cultural Empowerment Program Receives Funding

LMCimpact is excited to share that we have officially been awarded the 2025 Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation Arts and Culture Micro Grant. This support allows us to expand our Creative Impact: Community Arts and Cultural Empowerment Program, a project designed to bring high quality arts experiences to youth and families on Buffalo’s East Side.

This grant represents more than funding. It is an investment in our community. It is a statement that creativity, culture, and opportunity belong to every child, every family, and every neighborhood. It affirms the work we do daily in the 14211 zip code, where access to arts programs, mentorship, and safe creative spaces has been limited for far too long.

About the Program

The Creative Impact Program introduces youth ages 3 to 18 to hands-on arts experiences that build confidence, leadership, cultural pride, and community connection. Through monthly workshops, young people work with local artists and musicians who guide them in visual arts, music, storytelling, spoken word, and performance. Workshops are intentionally accessible so that children from low income and underserved households can participate without barriers.
The program goes beyond instruction. It creates safe spaces where youth can discover their voices, express their identity, and engage with positive role models. It also brings families together through intergenerational storytelling and community events like our Music and Movement in the Park summer series.
By Spring and Summer 2026, young artists will participate in a community showcase where they can present their artwork, performances, and creative projects. This event will celebrate their growth and allow the community to see the power of arts in developing confidence, leadership, and healing.

Why This Matters

Buffalo’s East Side is full of talent, culture, and potential, yet systemic disinvestment has left youth with fewer safe and creative opportunities. This program helps fill that gap by making arts engagement consistent, culturally rooted, and community led. Every workshop and every mentorship connection is an opportunity for a young person to learn, heal, and thrive.
We are grateful to the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation for believing in the importance of creative empowerment and for partnering with us to build stronger futures for the children and families we serve.

What’s Next

Over the coming months, we will begin rolling out new workshops, partnering with local artists, and preparing for our community showcase. We invite families, supporters, and community partners to stay connected, volunteer, and celebrate these milestones with us.

At LMCimpact Inc., we believe that true impact begins with the heart. Our mission has always been simple to meet people where they are, especially when life hits hardest. Behind every donation, every outreach event, and every act of service, there’s a real story. A real face. A real life changed.

A Mother’s Fight for a Fresh StartRecently, we were contacted about a young pregnant mother who had escaped a dangerous and unstable situation. With courage and faith, she left everything behind to protect her young son and her unborn twins, a boy and a girl. Due to complications from stress and her pregnancy, she was placed on bed rest and removed from work, leaving her with no income and no essentials for her children.
When her situation reached our desk, we didn’t hesitate. Within hours, our LMCimpact network activated. Calls were made. Donations began to come in. Volunteers showed up with diapers, clothes, baby wipes, and gift cards. Strangers became family.
This wasn’t just a response, it was restoration. A reminder that even in crisis, love can show up in powerful ways.

It’s about the single father trying to rebuild after job loss, the grandmother raising her grandchildren, or the student who just needs a chance to keep believing in their future.

For some, it can bring feelings of depression, isolation, or anxiety as they navigate memories, financial burdens, or personal trials.
In a season often focused on giving, we have a unique opportunity to redefine what it means to give by offering simple, heartfelt acts of kindness. Checking in on someone, extending an invitation, or even just being a listening ear can be the most meaningful gifts we give. Here are a few ways to make a genuine difference during the holidays by being a blessing to others.

In life, we all have dreams, goals, and passions that fill our hearts with excitement and purpose. Whether it’s the desire to start a business, pursue a creative endeavor, or walk in the calling God has placed on your life, there comes a point when you must decide: will you stay on the sidelines, or will you step out in faith?

Too often, we hesitate. We second guess ourselves. We let doubt creep in and tell us, “What if I fail? What if I’m not good enough?” But the truth is, that passion within you exists for a reason. It's not a coincidence that you feel drawn to something greater than where you are now. It’s a calling that deserves to be followed.

Stop Second-Guessing Yourself
The more you second-guess yourself, the more opportunities you miss. You have everything you need inside you to succeed—yes, there will be challenges, and the road may not always be easy, but that’s where growth happens. The only way to truly know what you are capable of is by taking the first step.

Faith is believing in what you can’t yet see. It’s trusting that the vision placed in your heart was given to you for a purpose. The thing about passion is that it doesn’t go away. It continues to knock at the door of your heart, waiting for you to open up and say, “Yes, I’m ready.”
